SECOND courses

tortellini di vitello al tartufo nero

veal tortellini in a creamy pecorino cheese and shaved black truffle sauce

linguine al nero di seppia

black squid ink linguine with half lobster, calamari, shrimps and mussels in light marinara sauce

 

gnocchi di ricotta con salsa alla bolognese

ricotta gnocchi with traditional bolognese sauce

 

branzino salsa di limone e capperi

pan seared sea bream filet, filled with wilted spinach, over mashed potatoes, capers berry lemon sauce

 

salmone in crosta di patate

potatoes crust salmon filet over zucchini julienne, berries capers lemon sauce

 

scaloppine di vitello al gorgonzola

veal scaloppini, porcini mushrooms, gorgonzola sauce, garlic sautéed spinach, roasted potatoes
